Such a wonderful day today. Got a lot done at work, had a great program, came home to hear about my children’s wonderful adventures. But one person in passing said “kill me now” mimicking a gun to the head over something trivial. It sent me on a spiral of emotions where all I wanted to do was make some music. So here you go. Suicide touches more people than you realize and you have no idea how hearing something like that feels like a punch in the throat. Please don’t ever trivialize something as serious as suicide. It is devastating. Be mindful of what you say to others. And please tell me when I am insensitive. Be kind and love each other. That is all I know to do. ✌️
