Family names are important to me so even though Jackson is extremely popular right now (#1 name for boys in 2013… ugh) we went with it. My (Katelyn’s) grandfather, Willard “Dub” Jackson Ballow…

 

and my great grandfather (Dub’s father), William Jackson Ballow. He helped to build Chandor Garderns where we got married in 2010. Here he is with Mary Althea Bloss, my great grandmother.

My father’s is Michael Robert Patterson,

Paul’s grandfather, Robert “Boo” William McLellan, Paul’s maternal grandfather,

along with his Uncle Bobby.

 

How could we go wrong using the names of these wonderful men? 🙂
